Mortels prides themselves in manufacturing high quality sheepskin products right here in Australia since 1958. Handcrafting their UGG boots, slippers, rugs and other cosy products from specially selected sheepskins to create the finest, softest and luxurious handmade wares. They maintain the exclusiveness of their brand by only distributing throughout their own retail stores in Australia.

Their comfort isn’t only limited to their UGGs. Head into Mortels Café for a superb barista made coffee and enjoy a scrumptious meal from their all day breakfast menu or a sensational tasty lunch.

For a low-cost fee of $15 per adult, you can experience a fully guided and interactive tour of the Factory. Visitors can learn about the making of UGG boots and the history behind the famous footwear. Or you can self tour The Sheep’s Back Museum within the Mortels building, free entry, and learn the history of the Australian Sheepskin Industry.
